## Description

We are seeking a Lead Large Press Operator to join our Target Printing Services (TPS) team. As a Lead Large Press Operator, you will play a critical role in driving the strategy of internal partners through print and kitting projects.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Making ready, running, and washing up the press to ensure standard production rates and high-quality output

- Efficiently delegating tasks to the Large Press Feeder and overseeing delivery operations to ensure a smooth workflow

- Consistently maintaining or exceeding all established quality standards

- Strictly adhering to all operational, safety, and quality procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment

- Accurately entering all production data into the Monarch data collection system

- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times

- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary to ensure equipment functionality

- Providing training to other team members as requested by your supervisor

- Working with leaders to provide feedback for upstream production improvements

- Being flexible to move to any cost centre as business needs arise

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A high school diploma or GED

- 5+ years of set-up and operating printing machine experience

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

- The ability to analyse situations and make informed decisions

- Print Production software knowledge (preferred)

- Attention to detail

- Skilled in handling and operating machinery

- Excellent cooperation and ability to work effectively with others

- The capability to lift up to 50 lbs

- The ability to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time

- Proficiency in reading and understanding job tickets
