## Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

We are investing in a calibration professional to lead our internal calibration program. This role will be on the Quality Engineering team and partner across the product development organization, production organization, and field operations organizations.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage the calibration database, ensuring it is updated appropriately, including location and ownership of tools.

- Communicate calibration recalls to tool owners and interested parties.

- Coordinate equipment rotations to ensure users and production are not starved of resources.

- Manage the physical recall of devices requiring calibration.

- Build and maintain infrastructure for equipment flagged for calibration.

- Create processes and procedures documenting the standard operations of the calibration program.

- Coordinate calibration activities with vendors.

- Support the creation, upkeep, and communication of calibration procedures and documented information.

- Manage the risk assessment process for product affected by tools found out of calibration.

- Ensure calibrated tooling meets required calibration standards.

**Required Qualifications**

- Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.

- Experience managing calibration at a large organization and production environment.

- Experience working with and managing 3rd party calibration vendors.

- Experience improving processes and procedures, specifically around calibration.

- Familiar with common industry calibration standards and methods.

- Familiarization with AS9100 and/or other external auditing and compliance agencies and standards.

- Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience working in a metrology department.

- Experience creating or establishing a metrology department.

- Experience with precise measurement tools.

- Experience with preparing for external audits.

- Experience with inspection processes and procedures.
