## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team as a STRIKER - Downtrade Store Activator in Milano Est, Bergamo, and Brescia.

**Job Summary:** As a STRIKER, you will be responsible for effectively covering all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner, managing and developing designated areas, maintaining and growing Perfect Store standards, influencing store-level orders, securing in-store presence, and completing administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Territory Coverage: Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner, management and development of designated areas

- Perfect Store: Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging

- Stock Management: Influence store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability, ensure fair stock levels

- POS Management: Secure and improve in-store presence, placement of POS material, ensure agreed promotions are in place

- Administration and Reporting: Measurement, tracking, and audit of key in-store metrics, completion of administrative tasks

**Requirements:**

- Growth Mindset and proactive approach

- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment

- Experience in FMCG is a plus

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- Valid driving license

- English language knowledge
