**Requirements:**

- 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 15+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience

- 7 years of experience leading others

**Work Environment:**

- 0% travel required
