## Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team, owning Vercel's networking and CDN product areas. You will set direction for secure application and service connections, traffic entry, and content delivery worldwide.

## Responsibilities

- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across Vercel's Networking and CDN product areas

- Evolve existing Networking and CDN products by defining new features and designing new product surfaces

- Define pricing for new products or features

- Partner with Engineering on performance and reliability

- Work directly with Enterprise customers on connectivity, networking, performance, and security requirements

## Requirements

- Experience building and shipping networking, CDN infrastructure, service mesh, or private connectivity products

- Technical depth in service-to-service networking, VPC connectivity, HTTP caching semantics, cache invalidation, TLS, DNS, and global request routing

- Experience with Layer 7 security products such as WAF, DDoS mitigation, or bot management

- Understanding of networking and routing challenges in composing independently deployed services into applications

- Experience owning multiple connected products and setting direction for other product teams

- Experience working directly with Enterprise customers on networking, connectivity, and security requirements

- Experience using usage, reliability, and performance data to drive roadmap decisions

## Nice to Have

- Experience working at a cloud provider or on a serverless, container, or edge compute platform

- Engineering background or experience operating production network infrastructure

- Experience with incident response and postmortems

- Experience with compliance and security requirements in enterprise procurement
