## Description

We are currently recruiting for the Junior AP Specialist with German role in our Linklaters office in Warsaw.

You will be responsible for Accounts Payable activities of one or a few entities in Germany, acting as a contact point for vendors and employees, communicating with business teams regarding coding of invoices, checking the quality of supporting documentation, reviewing and posting invoices, reconciling payments and B/S accounts, resolving invoice discrepancies, and generating regular reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Initial experience in accounting

- A degree in Finance and Accounting or a relevant accounting course

- Fluent English at B2 level

- Fluent German at B2+ level

- University degree in finance or a professional accounting course

- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience in end-to-end AP process would be an asset

- Experience in SAP, preferably within the SSC/BPO sector, is desirable

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
