## Description

We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 6625 E Lloyd Expy, Evansville, IN 47715-2757.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.00 USD per hour. From 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.

**Responsibilities** As a Seasonal Retail Sales and Service team member, you will:

- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations

- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery

- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor

- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests

- Stock, set, and sell Target products
