## Description

We're seeking a Sr. Client Account Manager to drive business results for Pinterest's largest strategic advertisers. As a trusted consultant to their business, you'll provide strategic advice, analytical skills, and sales skills to bring to life the value we deliver as a platform.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning, executing, upselling, and optimizing data-driven ad campaigns in collaboration with internal teams

- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships, aligning with stakeholder goals across all funnel stages

- Ensuring accurate implementation of first-party data and campaign launches with cross-functional teams

- Optimizing media campaigns and audience targeting daily using various technologies and platforms

- Delivering weekly campaign performance reporting and insights

- Advising clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement strategies

- Providing exceptional client service through communication, issue resolution, and seamless execution

Requirements include:

- Proven experience managing and growing client accounts with data-driven strategies

- Strong knowledge of advertising best practices and technical media measurement

- Skilled at identifying client needs, communicating persuasive recommendations, and overcoming objections

- Ability to build and execute full-funnel sales strategies, driving adoption and conversions

- Excellent at managing multiple campaigns, tasks, and timelines simultaneously

- Experience working with Food & Beverage or CPG clients is nice-to-have

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

- Growth mindset & open-mindedness to new techniques, skill development and AI-led workflows to drive success at scale across a diverse set of advertisers.

This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Toronto office (85 Richmond St. W).
