## Description

We are seeking a Damage Specialist (m/w/d) in Real Estate at our Regensburg location on a full-time or part-time basis.

As a Damage Specialist, you will be responsible for independently managing and processing damage cases in the real estate sector from notification to settlement, coordinating all parties involved, and ensuring efficient and customer-oriented processing.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and processing damage cases in the real estate sector

- Providing expert advice and support to customers in the event of damage

- Collaborating with customers to develop suitable solutions and accompanying them through the entire damage process

- Preparing relevant data and evaluations for complex customer relationships

- Maintaining correspondence, documentation, and optimising damage processes

Requirements:

- Completed training as an insurance clerk or similar qualification

- Initial professional experience in the insurance sector

- Good knowledge of English

- Very good computer skills

- Team capability and willingness to perform
