## Description

Norton Rose Fulbright's London office is recruiting a Junior Knowledge Executive to support the London Knowledge team. The role combines knowledge administration, training coordination, and support for the team's internal and client-facing resources.

Key responsibilities include:

- Amending legal templates, guidance notes, and marketing materials

- Loading and managing knowledge content in the firm's internal knowledge database (Insight+)

- Updating knowledge intranet pages in Microsoft SharePoint

- Arranging travel for knowledge team members

- Diary management and coordinating annual leave and absences

- Using key software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams

- Coordinating in-person and virtual training across EMEA

- Assisting with the preparation of training materials and PowerPoint slides

- Editing recorded training and uploading courses to the firm's learning management system

The ideal candidate will have:

- English Language GCSE or equivalent

- Secretarial or administrative qualifications/ILEX secretarial certificate/diploma qualification desirable but not essential

- Confident and professional, with sound judgement and the ability to work independently

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Keen to learn and broaden experience and responsibilities
