## Description

WSP USA is seeking a full-time Civil Engineering Intern for summer 2027 to work in their Louisville, KY office. This 12-week internship starts on May 18th, 2026, and offers flexible start dates. As an intern, you will support various engineering tasks, develop technical, social, and ethical skills, and work alongside senior staff on real projects.

Responsibilities:

- Support engineering tasks to develop technical skills

- Learn basic Civil Engineering principles

- Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations

- Support preparation of final design plans and cost estimates

- Collect and maintain project documentation

- Complete training on assigned tasks

- Adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and policies

Requirements:

- Enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering or related undergraduate program

- Anticipated graduation date of August 2027 or later

- 18 years old or older

- Demonstrated interest in Civil Engineering

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic proficiency with technical writing and office software

- Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

- Enrolled in a Civil Engineering or related master's or PhD program

- Prior internship experience and leadership involvement

Compensation: $22.17 - $28.85
