## Description

As a Quality Technician at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by setting up and operating quality testing equipment, performing QC measurements, communicating testing results to manufacturing engineers, assisting in identifying quality-related issues, and maintaining records of quality-related testing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of combined experience in a manufacturing, pilot plant, or lab environment. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed in this role include an associate's degree or higher, strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, experience in quality control procedures, and experience with production reporting and quality data entry.
