## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist, PRN, Acute Care to join our team at Advocate Health in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

The successful candidate will provide patient care assessment and treatment, ensuring comprehensive and functional evaluations and treatments according to the Standard of Practice.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing patient care assessment and treatment

- Maintaining accurate patient documentation

- Meeting department financial and productivity standards

- Participating in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services

- Promoting professional development and education of other healthcare workers

- Supervising physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students

- Communicating effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers

- Providing age/developmentally specific patient care

- Adhering to hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina with current licensure

- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy school

- CPR certification required every two years
