## Description

Ridgecott, located in Plympton, Devon, is seeking a Support Worker to join their team. The organisation offers residential support for 10 males and females who are autistic, have a learning disability, or mental health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to providing person-centred care to residents, ensuring they live a happy and healthy life. You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed, and facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.

The role requires resilience, and your natural empathy will help you support others through challenges. No two days are the same!
