## Description

Ubisoft is seeking a Prompt Specialist to join their multidisciplinary team in Paris. The team's mission is to test new experiences with real players and equip creators with the tools they need to imagine more dynamic, immersive, and surprising interactions using generative AI.

As a Prompt Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in the scoping and design of AI-driven game features

- Ensuring the technology is accessible and usable by different departments

- Guaranteeing prompt content consistency across environments by testing how changes impact performance

- Helping define and promote best practices for prompt engineering and supporting teams in implementing them

- Contributing to the creation of both manual and automated test scenarios in collaboration with QA and AI teams

- Analyzing bugs and feedback, identifying those related to prompt content, and suggesting improvements

- Helping identify and test new machine learning models, as well as designing tools to support their use

- Staying up to date on the latest in prompt engineering and AI research.

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least one prior experience in a tech company

- Proven experience designing prompts for various tasks and across multiple providers

- Solid understanding of several language models and their key differences

- Fluent in both English and French

- Strong writing skills

- Strong listening and comprehension skills

- Ability to adapt analysis and communication style to reach a wide range of stakeholders

- Independent and curious by nature.
