## Description

Join a hotel within the Accor network, a leading hospitality group with a diverse portfolio of brands and properties.

As an Assistant Responsible Accommodation, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's accommodation services, working closely with the Accommodation Manager and teams to deliver high-quality experiences for guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and addressing guest needs and concerns

- Managing and motivating reception and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of service and quality

- Supporting the Accommodation Manager in achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives, including revenue growth through effective sales and revenue management strategies

- Implementing brand projects and initiatives, promoting the hotel's unique identity and values

Key responsibilities:

Techniques and Customer Relations:

- Ensure welcoming and efficient guest services, adhering to brand standards

- Establish strong relationships with guests, encouraging loyalty and ensuring their comfort and well-being

- Promote hotel services and amenities, providing relevant information and recommendations

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's environment, including local attractions, activities, and competitors

- Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance

Management:

- Monitor and control billing and payment procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, occupancy rates, and average room rates

- Foster effective communication between departments, ensuring seamless service delivery

Team Management and Transversal Implication:

- Develop and motivate teams, creating a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration

- Support team members in their professional development, providing guidance and feedback

- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments, ensuring alignment and cooperation

Commercial and Sales:

- Implement and enforce pricing and commercial policies, optimizing revenue and occupancy

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies accordingly

- Promote the hotel's loyalty program and ALL Plus benefits, driving membership and engagement

Hygiene, Safety, and Environment:

- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols

- Implement and enforce environmental policies, promoting sustainability and reducing waste

Qualifications:

- Previous management experience preferred

- Proficiency in Windows, revenue management tools, and TARS

- Fluency in French and professional English required

- Strong customer focus, service-oriented mindset, and commercial acumen

- Autonomous, organized, and able to delegate tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to interpret financial data
