## Description

We are seeking a Payment processing Analyst, NCT to join our Payments Processing team in Bangalore, India.

The Payments Processing team is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all types of payments, including processing of physical cash/valuables, as well as the handling of cash-related investigations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing time-critical transactions on behalf of the bank's internal and external clients

- Ensuring that procedures are properly executed to reduce processing risk and identify potential areas for process improvement

- Managing relationships between front office and external parties

- Ensuring that all payment-related information and relevant parties are processed according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and industry guidelines

This position supports the UK region to cover all Employee Life cycle processes, including managing life cycle volumes per year, such as Personal Information changes, Entitlement corrections, Leave of Absence requests, Visa and Passport changes, Job changes, Compensation changes, Reports, Correct/Rescind tasks in Workday, along with EIB bulk loads.

The role also involves managing end-to-end expense booking and invoice processing activities through DB Buyer for the MEA and APAC regions, including the creation and management of approximately 350 Purchase Orders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in Employee lifecycle, Invoicing, Workday, Service now, Advanced Excel

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
