## Description

We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to manage defined supply chain processes and analyses, contributing to demand planning, backlog management, and continuous process improvement.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations, and shipping, for a regional or global business unit.

- Produce reports using IT systems and analyze data to develop trends for supply and demand activities, and articulate findings to management.

- Lead the analysis conducted for backlog management.

- Gather demand data from country, region, and account managers to contribute to demand planning.

- Collaborate with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.

- Drive business outcomes and operational excellence based on the continuous review of current processes.

- Drive the review of performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Communicate requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.

- Provide training or general direction for junior staff members.

**Education & Experience Recommended**

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.
