## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management to join the Global Portfolio Optimization (GPO) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the GPO strategy, priorities, and roadmap.

Responsibilities:

- Support the development and execution of the Global Portfolio Optimization strategy, priorities, and roadmap

- Drive PMO activities across key GPO initiatives

- Structure complex business topics into clear, compelling narratives and executive-level presentations

- Design and develop new portfolio optimization solutions and approaches

- Conduct opportunity assessments and support concept development

- Connect insights across multiple disciplines and teams to understand business needs

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, regional teams, and other stakeholders

- Develop clear communication materials for audiences at different levels of the organization

- Monitor initiative performance and progress

- Support the development of frameworks, methodologies, and best practices

- Bring structure to ambiguous and complex problems

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or other relevant areas

- Experience in strategy, product management, consulting, PMO, or other roles requiring strong problem-solving and cross-functional execution capabilities

- Strong project and program management skills

- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities

- Experience developing new concepts, solutions, or capabilities

- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
