## Description

We are seeking a Relationship Partner to support our Client Advisors in providing exceptional service to Private Bank Clients in Hong Kong.

As a Relationship Partner, you will oversee and coordinate client servicing and account maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of client service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating with Advisors, Operations, Middle Office, and Onboarding teams to meet client documentation and servicing requirements

- Addressing Client and Advisor inquiries and issues promptly and professionally

- Executing client transactions accurately and timely

- Monitoring and managing client cash balances

- Facilitating investments in liquidity funds and foreign exchange

- Identifying cross-sell opportunities

- Driving digital adoption through client education and outreach

- Leading completion of the client Periodic Review process

- Investigating and resolving potential fraud situations, errors, and losses

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or a related field

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services or banking industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy and quality

- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills

- Relevant licensing (HKMA 1, 4, 9)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong Cantonese and Mandarin

Preferred qualifications:

- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, IMC)

- Familiarity with CRM systems
