The Warehouse Packer will replenish, pick and pack air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts in fulfillment of customer orders shipping throughout North America. Orders are fulfilled using RF scanners and completed orders ship small parcel (UPS).

**How You Make an Impact**

- Replenish air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts.

- Pick air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts.

- Pack air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts.

- Manually construct shipping cartons.

- Perform housekeeping tasks such as removing plastic, cardboard, emptying trash and sweeping floors.

- Follow all Valvoline and regulatory policies, procedures, and laws.

- Complete safety and quality training as designated by Valvoline.

**What You Bring to the Role**

- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- Pick/pack experience in a line environment

- RF scanner experience

- Experience opening cartons, replenishing and picking product

- Quality-minded with strong attention to detail

- Strong sense of teamwork

- Experience in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to lift, carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and stand, squat, climb stairs/ladders, reach, and walk between 8-12 hours per shift
