## Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to support efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations. In this role, you will act as the interface between R&D and production, focusing on serial production support, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Support serial production and manage technical changes during the product lifecycle

- Solve manufacturing and ERP-related issues proactively

- Coordinate rework and scrapping activities

- Prepare and analyze NVC (Net Variable Cost) calculations

- Monitor manufacturing and material costs

- Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives

Requirements:

- Technical education in Industrial Management, Production Management, or similar

- Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

- Good MS Office skills

- Technical understanding of drawings and assembly processes

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Initial professional experience is an advantage

- Willingness to travel up to 20%

- Good English skills, German skills are an advantage
