## Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager for our Denmark operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the country strategy, aligning with company priorities

- Design the optimal pipeline to reach ambitious sales targets in the B2B sector

- Hire and lead the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations

- Define event priorities and investments for brand awareness

- Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances

- Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to generate new sales opportunities

- Ideate, own, and drive significant initiatives in the country

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience leading teams and complex projects

- Background in consulting and sales

- Expertise in deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises

- Owner mentality with hands-on and self-starter approach

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams

- Native speaker of the local language
