## Description

Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for an entry-level HVAC sales representative with an estimated first-year income of $70,000–$90,000 on a draw + commission structure.

You will meet with homeowners and help them understand HVAC options, work company-provided appointments and sales opportunities, participate in ride-alongs and training to learn the business, present products, services, financing, and recommendations, follow up on open opportunities and estimates, build relationships and earn customer trust, and work toward sales and revenue goals.

Requirements include strong communication and people skills, being a self-starter who takes ownership of learning, motivated by goals and performance, coachable, competitive, and willing to improve, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
