## Description

As a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving Okta's long-term product success by strategically validating, deploying, and driving global adoption of New Product Introductions (NPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

- NPI Champion & Technical Advisory: Serve as the deep technical expert on Okta's newest platform offerings and capabilities.

- Advanced Solution Validation & Blueprinting: Conduct hands-on technical implementation, troubleshooting, and rigorous interoperability testing of advanced features.

- Lab Engineering as a Strategic Tool: Design, build, and operate an advanced lab environment specifically tailored to model complex, real-world enterprise identity ecosystems.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Presales, Sales, and Professional Services.

- Global Alignment & Office Presence: Facilitate effective team interaction and maintain tight alignment across global offices.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

- Professional Experience: 6+ years of technical experience delivering identity and security solutions to large enterprise customers.

- Technical Skills & Domain Knowledge: Deep domain knowledge and hands-on experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

- Core Competencies: Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent, complex integration projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
