## Description

We are seeking a Helpdesk Operative to join our team in London. As a Helpdesk Operative, you will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and will be responsible for vetting service requests received via our CAFM system.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responding to incoming telephone calls and providing excellent customer service

- Vetting service requests and ensuring compliance with statutory and company procedures

- Dispatching work to direct labour and contractors in a timely fashion

- Prioritising urgent jobs and planning and dispatching engineers to meet urgent demand

- Escalating complaints or issues as required

- Analysing job history and running reports to avoid duplication

- Undertaking other duties as directed by management

Requirements:

- Exceptional organisational skills

- Ability to handle conflicting workloads and work under pressure

- Strong communication skills in both telephone and correspondence/report handling

- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Ability to develop effective relations with key stakeholders

Desirable skills:

- Previous customer service representative or frontline support role experience

- Experience using CAFM system or asset management system

- Rounded educational background and credible experience as a helpdesk operative
