## Description

At Wolt, you're part of a team building technology that simplifies life in local neighborhoods. As a Category Specialist, you'll be the operational backbone of the Category Team, ensuring promotional plans, data, communication, and follow-ups move accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse category, product, and promotional performance, preparing reports and insights to improve sales, profitability, and assortment.

- Support new product listings and maintain accurate supplier and product information across stores.

- Support Category Managers in preparing supplier negotiations, following up on agreed actions, and implementing commercial plans.

- Coordinate promotional plans with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring accurate details and timely campaign launches.

- Implement pricing updates, campaigns, and category projects, keeping trackers and timelines up to date.

- Collaborate with inventory management, marketing, finance, and retail systems teams to resolve issues and support business growth.

- Improve daily processes through reporting tools, automation, and AI to reduce manual work and increase accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in category management, commercial support, or coordination within retail, e-commerce, or FMCG.

- Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

- Commercial mindset and understanding of how assortment, pricing, and promotions influence sales and profitability.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Clear and professional communication skills in Serbian and English.
