## Description

The MSc Programs Office of HKUST Business School is looking for a dynamic and fast-paced individual to join the MSc Alumni Engagement team.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and updating the MSc alumni database to ensure accuracy and completeness of alumni records.

- Providing administrative and logistical support for local and overseas MSc alumni events, including reunions, mentorship programs, and other alumni activities.

- Preparing basic reports, event summaries, documentation, and assisting with alumni communications such as emails and promotional materials.

- Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

- Good team player with high motivation, strong sense of responsibility, and problem-solving mindset.

- Good interpersonal skills and strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently to meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with basic computer knowledge.
