## Description

We are seeking a Share Plans Process and Project Manager to lead the optimisation, transformation, and automation of global share plan processes, improving participant experience, operational control, and scalability.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading UK and Ireland all employee plans end-to-end processes

- Driving simplification, standardisation, and automation of share plan processes and controls

- Improving participant experience by redesigning processes, guidance, and service touchpoints

- Partnering with vendors, GBO/the Reward Hub teams, and internal teams to optimise delivery and reduce manual work

- Measuring efficiency improvements, adoption outcomes, and operational benefits from process changes

Requirements:

- Experience leading projects or process improvement programmes

- Knowledge of global employee share plans, including approved UK and Irish plans or regulated reward environments

- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills

- Experience with automation or operational excellence methodologies

- Experience of employee communications

- Understanding of share plan legislation, global taxation frameworks, and regulatory requirements

- Experience managing complex share plan events such as grants, vestings, exercises, and participant reporting
