## Description

We are seeking an IT Asset Analyst to join our team at Vocalink Limited (VLL) and Vocalink International (VIL), which are part of the Mastercard organisation.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the organisation's IT asset management function, working with various stakeholders across VLL, VIL, and Mastercard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Lead Analysts with BMC Discovery baseline reporting, gap analysis, and issue resolution

- Providing SME expertise on internal audit and controls for ISO27001, ISAE3000, and external vendor audits

- Following ITAM governance and encouraging methodology compliance within VLL/VIL

- Supporting organisational focus and governance in relation to licencing/contractual requirements for key vendors

- Promoting best practice for the use of IT Asset Management Tools and data sets

- Managing IT Asset Management tools, overseeing Software Asset Management, and providing peer review/technical coaching for junior team members

- Supporting the creation and use of Power BI Dashboards providing data views for business consumption

- Assisting with the development of enterprise-wide IT Asset Management administration standards and procedures

- Maintaining accurate tracking of all data points and related reporting

- Managing business meetings and reviews, ensuring appropriate documentation is provided and retained

- Creating and maintaining functional documentation and refreshes within the established cadence

- 1st Line risk mitigation and remediation, working with the assigned Risk Champion to track and manage within the Business Support risk register

The ideal candidate will have:

- Ability to organise, manage, and work effectively to accomplish multiple tasks

- Experience with BMC Discovery/CMDB or similar tools

- Experience with Flexera Flexnet Manager Suite/Data Platform or similar tools

- Ability to analyse large data sets from multiple sources and present back in a meaningful format

- Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage several issues simultaneously

Desirable skills and experience include:

- Understanding of Vocalink process and systems

- Experience in the Payments Industry and some understanding of one or more payments systems

- Ability to identify inefficient processes and propose enhancements

- Industry knowledge on UK regulatory requirements

- Experience working with 3rd Party Vendors and Resellers
