## Description

We are seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator to join our team in Gurugram. This contract role involves scheduling interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates, and arranging travel and accommodation for out-of-town candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with recruiters to schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews

- Own candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the interview process

- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) to move candidates through the interview process

- Arrange travel and accommodation for out-of-town candidates

- Greet candidates and ensure on-site interviews run smoothly

- Assist with operational responsibilities, including job requisition creation and offer letter generation

- Support the Recruiting team with projects on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail

- 1-2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or admin

- Experience scheduling interviews and/or calendaring

- Ability to be a team player and work with multiple people

- Creative and process-driven with a focus on efficiency

- People person with excellent relationship-building skills

- Familiarity with MongoDB is a plus

- Previous experience working in a Candidate Experience/Recruiting Coordinator role is advantageous

- Flexibility to attend to urgent candidate matters outside of working hours

Working hours: 2pm - 10pm IST (hybrid working model)
