## Description

As a Junior Route Planning Engineer, you will work on improving the route planning of our delivery networks every day.

You will implement improvement projects to make our route planning more efficient for CoolblueBezorgt and CoolblueFietst.

Your tasks will include:

- Using technical knowledge and project management skills to improve route planning

- Considering the capacity of our delivery heroes

- Advising on depot locations and delivery areas for expansion in Germany

- Collaborating with various stakeholders

- Analyzing results to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

- Curious, analytical, and enjoys working with data

- Completed technical master's degree

- Social and enjoys working with different people

- Experience with logistical challenges and using AI to improve efficiency

- Able to communicate in Dutch and English

- Max 1-2 years of work experience
