As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage vendor relationships and process payments according to Finance Policy and US GAAP.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions, including coding, vouchering, reviewing, and processing invoices

- Ensure compliance with AP internal controls, policies, and procedures

- Process vendor and employee payment runs three times a month

- Review employee and AMEX corporate card expense reports for accuracy and consistency with Razer's Policy

- Prepare month-end accruals and journal entries

- Resolve outstanding issues and answer inquiries from vendors and employees

- Set up new vendors in SAP and update W-9 and W8-BEN

- Maintain accounts payable-related files and records

- Assist with annual financial audits and UAT testing

- Contribute to process improvements and automations

- Prepare and generate 1099 forms in compliance with IRS regulations

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience

- 1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist position or equivalent

- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel experience

- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

- Strong time management and organisational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment

- ERP experience, SAP experience preferred

**Salary Range:** $56,940.00 - $94,900.00 per annum
