## Description

We are seeking a Remarketing Officer to join our team in Cologne, Germany. As a Remarketing Officer, you will be responsible for various activities related to the sale of vehicles owned by Ford Bank.

## Responsibilities

- Serve as internal and external operational contact for questions regarding compound services and sales processes

- Conduct quality controls of internal and external service providers

- Support physical vehicle inventories

- Order vehicle appraisals and process vehicle offers and sales

- Perform administrative tasks related to vehicle offers and sales processes, such as invoicing, payment monitoring, data maintenance, analysis, and reporting

- Assist in conducting system tests and new/changed processes

## Qualifications

- Completed commercial vocational training

- Experience in customer service and/or vehicle sales

- Customer-friendly, service-oriented, strong communication skills, and teamwork abilities

- Proficient in MS Office

- Fluent German and good English language skills
