We are seeking an Assistant Business Manager to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury in Munich.

As an Assistant Business Manager, you will be a true brand ambassador, always reflecting the values of Charlotte Tilbury. You will be motivated to achieve and exceed targets, and lead the team with a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business results in-store to meet and exceed targets

- Support the Business Manager in setting sales goals and communicate with Retail Artists to agree and achieve business objectives

- Stand out as a specialist in retail brands through entrepreneurial spirit and genuine enthusiasm

- Foster exceptional customer service and experiences

- Coach and provide feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury's standards are met

- Utilize every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience

- Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews and coaching

- Develop a positive and cooperative team culture

- Propose plans, events, and measures to increase business success

- Ensure flawless visual merchandising, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

- Maintain a impeccable appearance and inspire the team to do the same

Requirements:

- Experience in retail management

- Passion for the cosmetics industry

- Business competence

- Experience in personnel management

- Strategic planning experience
