## Description

We are seeking an experienced department head to lead our project office at Vattenfall Vattenkraft.

As a leader, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our project management capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and developing the project office and its staff

- Ensuring effective working methods through the development and management of common processes, standards, and system support for project operations

- Prioritizing and coordinating activities based on strategic goals, business needs, and available resources

- Developing project management, portfolio management, and resource planning

- Collaborating closely with the unit's pre-study and project divisions, hydroelectric power plant asset management, stakeholders from Vattenfall's Generation business area, and other organizations and partners within the Vattenfall Group.

Requirements:

- Experience in project operations and project management

- Leadership experience with personnel responsibility

- Experience in leading teams and working groups

- Process development and change management experience

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English

- B driver's license and ability to travel for work

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in the hydroelectric power industry or energy sector

- Familiarity with large-scale project operations
