We are seeking a qualified Tool Room Machinist to join our team at the Transmission Manufacturing Plant in Russells Point, Ohio. The successful candidate will machine parts to Honda specifications to support line uptime, new model development, and manufacturing line maturation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Read and understand blueprints, particularly head and block prints

- Utilise measuring equipment appropriately

- Troubleshoot and countermeasure manufacturing-related issues

- Provide technical support to internal customers

- Manage time effectively

- Manufacture parts using mills, lathes, surface grinders, and various hand tools

**Requirements:**

- 2-5 years of machine shop experience

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Familiarity with Mastercam – Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing software

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- CNC machining experience is preferred

**Working Conditions:**

- Manufacturing environment

- Possible travel for training with new machine installations

- 0-12 hours overtime per week, with some weekend and holiday work as needed
