## Description

The London Independent Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Materials Lead to join their Operations team. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Materials service to hospital departments, ensuring materials are available in the right location, at the correct quantity within an appropriate lead time. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing hospital stock and inventory processes

- Providing a Pick to Case Service for Theatre list planning

- Overseeing the total stock budget on site

- Enabling the uptake and compliant use of contracted product ranges

- Providing an efficient and effective service to stakeholders and internal customers

Applicants should have:

- Effective leadership experience

- Experience of using purchasing/inventory systems

- Strong interpersonal skills

- A minimum of GCSE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Ability to work independently

- Customer service skills

The salary for this role is up to £38,000 per year, depending on experience, training, and qualifications. Benefits include:
