## Description

Fragomen is seeking an experienced immigration lawyer or Registered Migration Agent (RMA) with at least two years of post-admission experience.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated drive and success in managing client portfolios, delivering strategic immigration advice.

As an immigration lawyer/Registered Migration Agent at Fragomen, you will partner with some of the most recognised companies in Australia and the world.

You will demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law and practice, proactively manage your caseload with support staff, think commercially and be able to cultivate strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage client portfolios and deliver strategic immigration advice

- Proactively manage caseload with support staff

- Think commercially and cultivate strong client relationships

- Work closely with senior staff and coach team members

**Requirements**

- Demonstrated experience in Australian immigration law and practice

- Quick learner with excellent written and oral communication skills

- Focused on client service, working with corporations to understand their challenges and executing solutions

- Process-driven, with excellent attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills

- Accountable, with an ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

- Effective team player with a flexible and can-do work approach
