## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Mount Alvernia Hospital in Guildford. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols. Key responsibilities include:

- Assessing patient needs and prioritising care

- Monitoring vital signs and recognising changes in condition

- Administering medications safely and effectively

- Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation

- Ensuring all care provided complies with NMC standards and hospital policies

- Identifying and reporting incidents and safeguarding concerns

To apply, you should be a Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration and demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting. Desirable qualities include previous experience in a relevant specialty and proficiency in IT systems used for patient records.
