## Description

As an Assistant Store Manager at Coolblue, you will work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive growth in customer satisfaction and commercial results.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage in-store processes, including cash handling, safety, administration, and system usage.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance store performance.

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of store employees to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

- Conduct regular feedback, performance, and appraisal discussions with team members.

- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

- HBO work and thinking level.

- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in retail.

- Experience with management tasks, including coaching, HR, and process optimization.

- Excellent Dutch language skills.

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

- Strong affinity with consumer electronics.
