## Description

We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Köln. As a Private Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for advising our private customers through digital media (telephone, video consultation, co-browsing, and email) on topics such as accounts, service, personal loans, and precautionary products.

Your tasks will include:

- Advising private customers according to their needs

- Managing a pool of customers with your experience and seniority

- Identifying needs through standardized consulting processes and referring customers to specialized areas

- Conducting telephone appointments and high-quality consulting conversations

- Actively contributing to the team and promoting the consulting performance of your colleagues

- Supporting the RBC management staff in the induction of new employees and assuming representative tasks in daily control

Requirements:

- Banking business training or comparable qualification

- Good knowledge of the product range for private customers

- Sales skills and enjoyment in contact with our customers

- Open and communicative personality who likes to work in teams

- High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop your know-how

- Routine in dealing with PC and software applications

- Targeted use of AI-supported applications and digital tools to prepare, conduct, and follow up on customer activities
