## Description

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager II, Infrastructure (Capacity & Efficiency) to join our team. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Pinterest's infrastructure.

**About the Role** As a Technical Program Manager II, Infrastructure (Capacity & Efficiency), you'll have 2-4 years of program or project management experience, ideally in infrastructure, platform, or cloud environments. You'll need working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or similar), including compute, storage, and basic usage/cost concepts. Some exposure to capacity management and infrastructure efficiency is a plus, but not required.

**Responsibilities**

- Track a program's moving pieces, follow up, and keep things on schedule

- Present status and asks to engineering partners

- Collaborate with engineers and more senior TPMs, seeking input and taking feedback well

- Use GenAI to accelerate planning, program operations, and stakeholder communications

- Design workflows, apply AI fluency, and leverage data & insights to improve decision-making

- Operate within AI governance expectations, assessing risk, handling data, validating models/outputs, and ensuring auditability/traceability

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Direct exposure to a FinOps, cost management, or capacity-focused function

- Familiarity with dashboarding/BI tools (SuperSet, Tableau, Grafana, or similar)

- Basic SQL or scripting skills to pull and interpret usage data

- Exposure to distributed systems, ML/AI infrastructure, or large-scale compute environments
