## Description

Join our friendly team at Co-op Funeralcare in Rugby as a Funeral Arranger and help families say the perfect goodbye to loved ones.

You'll earn £13.47 per hour, working part-time, 18.75 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 5 pm.

In this role, you'll:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community

- Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging family visits and answering questions

- Ensure the funeral home is clean, safe, and welcoming, both inside and out

- Work with digital systems to manage client documentation, funeral arrangements, and invoicing

- Support with manual handling of coffins and assist in the care and preparation of the deceased

- Update client management applications with accurate and timely information

To succeed, you'll need:

- Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with clients and colleagues

- Basic maths skills for tasks like cash handling and invoicing

- Attention to detail and accuracy in regulatory policies and processes

- Good IT skills, with the ability to use various technology devices and systems

- Empathy, discretion, and care when working with clients and families

- Physical ability to carry out tasks like moving coffins
