## Description

Fragomen is looking for an experienced Immigration Lawyer/Associate to join our growing Sydney team. As an Immigration Lawyer/Associate, you will provide legal immigration advice and manage a caseload independently.

You will demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law, regulations, and policy, and work on highly technical immigration matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 5 years of post-admission experience with a focus on corporate immigration or non-employer sponsored matters.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal immigration advice

- Manage a caseload independently

- Work on highly technical immigration matters

- Collaborate with senior team members

Requirements:

- At least 2 to 5 years of post-admission experience

- Sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Client-focused with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
