## Responsibilities:

- Own your project, collaborating with team members throughout the day to ask questions and touch base

- Leave code in better shape than you found it through gradual refactoring

- Prioritize reliability, ensured by thorough testing (unit tests, integration tests, and load testing)

- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and share knowledge

- Continuous integration and deployment

- Take pride in knowing your daily work directly improves the lives of Lyft drivers and passengers

## Experience:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science at a Canadian university, with a graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028

- Available for an internship in Montreal during Summer 2027

- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals

- Excellent communication skills

- Passion for community, sustainability, and/or transportation

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

- Contributions to open-source projects

- Experience working with databases

- Real-time problem-solving skills

- Mobile development experience

- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with functional French language skills
