## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our SAP CX Sales/Lead-to-Cash service offering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the digital future of our clients by focusing on value creation processes from planning to service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Sustainable design and continuous development of our SAP CX Sales/Lead-to-Cash service offering

- Strategic direction and operational implementation of the service offering

- Pre-sales activities and proposal processes in collaboration with the sales team

- Leadership and implementation of innovative CX projects

- Strategic development of the partnership with SAP

Requirements:

- Completed studies and at least 8 years of professional experience in consulting or in-house consulting with a focus on SAP CX Sales

- Passion for technical and strategic leadership, partnership development, and sales affinity

- Expertise in SAP CX solution components, project management, and solution design

- Professional demeanor, structured and independent work style, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
