## Description

Join the Global OffP Talent Management Team as a Sales Training Coordinator at Red Bull's Global HQ in Salzburg, Austria. This is a two-year fixed-term opportunity to contribute to global sales capability building and gain valuable experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

- Event planning and organization: coordinate all training events end-to-end, including venue selection, catering, activities, and materials

- Annual training plan and coordination: schedule training sessions, manage complex calendars, and develop training participation reports

- Stakeholder and vendor management: align with senior management, manage internal subject matter experts and external trainers, negotiate with and manage external agencies and vendors

- Communication: drive internal communication and promotion of training programs, organize and facilitate regular feedback sessions

Requirements:

- Completed commercial training, high school degree (HAK/HLW Matura, kaufmännische Lehre, HAS Abschluss)

- Excellent English skills, German is a plus

- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel

- Strong interest in Learning & Development and Talent Management

- Excellent organizational skills with a reliable, flexible, and committed approach

- Experience in event planning, logistics, and stakeholder management across all levels

- Enthusiastic, confident team player with strong communication skills and a global mindset
