## Description

We're looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to join our team in Japan. As a trusted advisor to prospective customers, you will leverage your deep expertise in human capital management (HCM) and sharp business insights to demonstrate how our platform can solve complex business challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, understanding customer challenges and business goals, and clearly articulating our value proposition.

- Prepare and deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that showcase the true power of our HCM suite, resonating with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

- Maintain deep knowledge of our HCM product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends, positioning Workday as a market leader.

- Act as an HCM expert, guiding customers through technical and functional discovery sessions, understanding their specific needs, and building a credible case for our solution.

- Participate in internal initiatives, including feedback sessions with product development teams, creating sales enablement materials, and mentoring less experienced team members.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar roles, specializing in enterprise-level HCM software.

- Proven track record of delivering persuasive and memorable product demonstrations to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Deep functional knowledge of core HCM business processes, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, compensation, and payroll.

- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge, with the ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes and return on investment (ROI).

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites, meetings, and internal meetings as needed.
