## Description

We are seeking an experienced IB Chief of Staff Office – Client Engagement & IB Support to join our Investment Bank team.

The successful candidate will provide support to the management team on the day-to-day running of strategic projects, priorities, strategy, and their office.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing strategic support to senior executives, including assistance in the development and execution of business strategy

- Managing colleague engagement planning, communication channels, and coordination across different departments and teams

- Overseeing key projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring they are on track and providing regular updates to the executive team

- Improving operational efficiency and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness

- Developing performance reporting and analysing key metrics to drive performance

- Supporting senior leadership with risk and control oversight, crisis management, and risk mitigation

- Implementing a robust governance framework to support the board of directors and executive forums

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Strong investment banking acumen and executive-level communication skills

- Experience in project management, operational expertise, and stakeholder management

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In terms of specific skills, we are looking for:

- Proficiency in tools like Eagle One and Analytics One

- Strong Excel, VBA, or Macro knowledge

- Solid PowerPoint building skills

- Ability to design KPIs and measure effectiveness
